The latest in photovoltaics: 6 kg foldable bifacial solar panels

Self-consumption in the residential sector is one of the pillars of decarbonization. It is also an essential element of subsidies from European funds managed by MITECO. Foldable solar panels are here to change everything and give a decisive boost: will our country manage to surpass this power which has shown what sustainability is?

New panels for the world and a new proposal.

France is on the move, looking for a solution in renewable energies to revitalize its territories. Faced with the saturation of wind and solar energy, the need to renew hydroelectric concessions and the demands of cities with dams, the recovery of the energy tax is proposed.

This proposal, addressed to the European Parliament, aims to inject funds into these areas to encourage economic activity. In this context, solar reservoirs are increasingly emerging as a viable option in the rural landscape, an ideal proposition for advancing bioclimatic architecture, isn’t it?

The reform of the water law and the drafting of a decree to regulate reservoir concessions are a sign of an important change. France is gradually acquiring solar farms of different types, creating a dilemma between traditional agriculture and energy efficiency.

Foldable solar panels you can take anywhere with you

On the international CES stage, Allpowers surprised with its new “R” series of portable power stations and innovative foldable photovoltaic solar panels. Lightweight and powerful, these panels offer a practical and efficient solution for a range of applications. The most beautiful? You can take them everywhere with you.

Weighing just 6kg and 2.5mm thick, these bifacial panels are the perfect companion for the home, RV, camping, hiking and fishing, delivering power where you need it most needed. Allpowers technology makes the difference by maximizing energy harvest like never before.

IP68 resistance guarantees durability against water and dust, while the scratch-resistant material and the ability to withstand extreme temperatures (from -10°C to 65°C) make these panels robust and reliable. It is important to note that at extreme temperatures, efficiency can be reduced by 10%.

How do Allpowers foldable solar panels work? They will surprise you

Since 2010, Allpowers has been at the forefront of research and design of portable power stations and foldable solar panels, enabling it to deliver sustainable energy solutions. Thanks to these high conductivity monocrystalline cells (better than polycrystalline cells), these panels achieve an unprecedented efficiency of 23%.

They have thus made it possible to increase electricity production by 30% and optimize the use of energy. Allpowers ETFE solar panels operate in extreme conditions, from -10°C to 65°C, providing stable electricity production whatever the climate (perfect for mountainous areas or the Northern Peninsula).

The combination of an IP67 waterproof ETFE surface and high-efficiency solar cells guarantees a constant and reliable power supply. LiFePO4 batteries, with more than 3,500 charge cycles, make these power stations an ideal choice as an inverter, with a response time of 15 milliseconds, almost nothing.

As you can see, foldable solar panels have arrived to give a boost to the way we exploit photovoltaic energy. Do you know which sector will benefit the most from this invention? According to our forecasts, it is the residential sector, and therefore our homes have a lot to gain. But we remain attentive to these mirrors that could generate energy infinitely.
