THE ANGELS’ SHARE

Scottish master Ken Loach returns to the festival with his delightful new film THE ANGEL’S SHARE, a bittersweet comedy about a Glasgow boy named Robbie (Paul Brannigan) looking for a way out of his criminal past. So when Robbie meets his newborn son for the first time, he is transformed and determined to give the boy a better life than his own. When Robbie meets Rhino, Albert and Mo during a community service stint, the men’s lives are changed forever when they are introduced to the world’s finest malt whiskeys. Can whiskey be the way out?
