Houses, one of a handful of films at this year’s Sarasota Film Festival set for a screening the Sarasota Opera House, primarily follows the lives of three men—played by Nick Sandow, John Ventimiglia and Michael Imperioli—as they go through creative and personal struggles in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. A new trailer showcases the frustrations impacting the life of Sandow’s character creating a play, Imperioli as he creates art while staving of mental problems and Ventimiglia after he sees his home destroyed.
