I met up with Matt Reynolds, director of The Great Chicken Wing Hunt, at Clasico after the screening and asked him to apply his acquired expertise towards his definitive chicken wing formula. When he’s making the perfect sauce at home, he eyeballs it with this recipe below….
The Great Chicken Wing Hunt has its final screening tomorrow at 9:15
Sautéed garlic with 4-6 different fresh, hot, peppers added in a pan with butter
Add a bottle of Franks
Add a small amount of mustard, honey and Tabasco
Add assorted hot sauces to taste
Let this mixture cook down by a fourth by simmering for 20 minutes
Toss the wings!
